Service Project- Martin Luther King Jr 2024 MLK Jr. service project clean-up day will be Monday
January - from 9 to 11 am.
This service project engaged volunteers to help with picking up debris around the Observation Park, Westside Orchard and Butterfly Garden. Volunteers will meet at Tony Aguirre CC at 2050 West Pennway KC MO 64108 at 9:00 am.

Safe and Healthy Westside - Blue Bags Program
Last Saturday of each month from 9:30 to 11:00 am
WCAN is seeking for 8 to 12 volunteers to help with organize adopt street/adopt a park-blue bag program. Next adopt street/adopt a park will be on: Feb 26, March 26, Abril 30, May 21, June 25, July 30, Aug 27, Sept 24 and Oct 22

Pruning Day

From 9 am to 12:00 noon. WCAN is seeking for 20 to 30 volunteers to help with pruning 135 fruit trees at Westside CAN Orchard located at 21st Street and Belleview KC MO 64108.
WCAN is seeking for donations to purchase, mulch and pruning tools (new tools or to replace the damage ones)

Community Orchard - Westside CAN

WCAN is seeking for 10 to 15 volunteers once a month from 9 to 12 to help with pruning, mulching, picking fruits, etc. The Orchard is located at 21st street and Belleview, KC MO 64108.
